Abstract
Las redes sociales hoy hacen parte de nuestra realidad, no solo como medios de
comunicación e interacción entre amigos y familiares, sino también como una
herramienta digital que posibilita la creación de vínculos comerciales. La presente
monografía se realizó con el objetivo de mostrar cómo la red social Instagram se ha
convertido en la actualidad en la vitrina de miles de emprendimientos colombianos y
cómo a partir de la colaboración e inteligencia colectiva se crea una comunidad digital de
emprendedores afectados por la pandemia. A través de un enfoque metodológico mixto
se crea Mercados Solidarios, una comunidad digital de pequeñas y medianas tiendas
virtuales que hoy cuenta con más de 9000 seguidores interesados en compartir
experiencias, estrategias de crecimiento y reconocimiento de sus marcas a través de
