Análisis De Contenido De La Presentación De Las Notas De Noticias Caracol Durante El Paro Nacional Del 28 De Abril. Representación Mediática De La Protesta Social En Colombia.

Abstract

Los medios en Colombia operan según el conflicto por informar, desde la mediación cognitiva y la información que comparten pueden responder a una agenda preestablecida donde los intereses particulares de los grupos que los respaldan pueden ser la prioridad y no respondan a la real necesidad de su audiencia sobre ser informados sobre la realidad sin ningún tipo de juicio de valor de por medio. Este fenómeno no queda exento a medios televisivos como Noticias Caracol, por ende, el objetivo de esta investigación fue analizar la agenda pública gestada desde la presentación de las noticias relacionadas con el Paro Nacional en Colombia del 2021, bajo un enfoque mixto transversal, descriptivo e interpretativo a través de la técnica del análisis de contenido para conocer los temas, protagonistas y tonos que conforman la agenda. La muestra consistió en 957 textos de la presentación de las notas de Noticias Caracol, que cubrieron el Paro Nacional desde el 28 de abril hasta el 16 de junio del año 2021

The Colombian media operate according to the conflict to inform, from cognitive mediation and the information they share can respond to a pre-established agenda where the particular interests of the groups that support them may be the priority and do not respond to the real need of their audience about be informed about reality without any kind of value judgment involved. This phenomenon is not exempt from television media such as Noticias Caracol, therefore, the objective of this research was to analyze the agenda setting created since the presentation of the news related to the National Strike in Colombia in 2021, this was carried out under a mixed transversal approach, descriptive and interpretive through the content analysis technique to know the themes, protagonists and tones that make up the agenda. The sample consisted of 957 texts of the presentation of the Noticias Caracol articles, which covered the National Strike from April 28 to June 16, 2021
