Abstract
Durante seis meses se desarrollo el proceso de practica profesional en la empresa B&G
Construcciones S.A.S., dedicada a la construcción y comercialización de proyectos inmobiliarios
en el municipio de La Mesa, Cundinamarca, desde el año 2016 y se encuentra posicionada como
una de las mejoras constructoras del sector, gracias al proyecto, El Refugio, el cual fue un éxito en
ventas, por medio de su creatividad e innovación con su centro de diseño el cual le permite al
cliente escoger diferentes acabados y materiales para su vivienda, cumpliendo de esta manera el
sueño de sus clientes al brindarles espacios de diseño y calidad.
Se realizo un trabajo de apoyo logístico, tecnológico y financiero en los departamentos
comercial, contable y financiero de la compañía, con el fin de aportar con nuevos conocimientos
y herramientas que puedan brindar mejoras en sus procesos, como la sistematización de la
documentación, seguimiento de clientes, creación de formatos, recopilación de la información en
un sistema integrado digital, entre otras funciones las cuales permitieron generar valor y
competitividad en el mercado inmobiliario en medio de los efectos que dejo la pandemia Covid19 en el año 2020 y 2021 en el país.
Determinando en primera instancia la falta de herramientas tecnológicas en la empresa para una
mayor competitividad en el mercado inmobiliario, como lo son las Tics (Tecnologías de la
información y de la comunicación) y las FINTECH (Unión de las finanzas y la tecnología) que
brindarían medios tecnológicos que no solo benefician la empresa, sino que también a los clientes,
al brindarles medios de calidad e innovación para el desarrollo de sus obligaciones financieras
During six months the professional practice process was developed in the company B&G Construcciones S.A.S, dedicated to the construction and commercialization of real estate projects in the municipality of La Mesa, Cundinamarca, since 2016 and is positioned as one of the best construction companies in the sector, thanks to the project, El Refugio, which was a success in sales, through its creativity and innovation with its design center which allows the client to choose different finishes and materials for their home, thus fulfilling the dream of its clients by providing design and quality spaces. A logistical, technological and financial support work was carried out in the commercial, accounting and financial departments of the company, in order to provide new knowledge and tools that can provide improvements in their processes, such as the systematization of documentation, monitoring of clients, creation of formats, compilation of information in a digital integrated system, among other functions which allowed to generate value and competitiveness in the real estate market amid the effects left by the Covid-19 pandemic in 2020 and 2021 in the country. Determining in the first instance the lack of technological tools in the company for greater competitiveness in the real estate market, such as TIC´s (Information and Communication Technologies) and FINTECH (Union of finance and technology) that would provide technological means that not only benefit the company, but also the clients, by providing them with means of quality and innovation for the development of their financial obligations
