Abstract
Confecciones Emily Sport es una microempresa que retoma labores a finales del año 2019, a mediados de marzo del 2020 a causa de la pandemia, muchas empresas tuvieron que cerrar sus puertas debido al confinamiento, esta situación en vez de haber desestabilizado la empresa que estaba reiniciando labores logró fortalecerla, ya que su objeto es la confección de pijamas y multiusos para damas, caballeros y niños, que empezó a tener mayor auge durante esta época, aunque no están muy bien organizados administrativamente, ni poseen unos objetivos claros y poseen algunos inconvenientes de comunicación interna, como empresa tienen gran potencial de expansión y crecimiento.
Es por ello que, con la realización de este trabajo presentado como opción a grado, se realizó el diagnóstico y diseño de un plan de fortalecimiento organizacional, logrando implementar algunas de las estrategias planteadas, que le permitirá a Confecciones Emily Sport tener claridad en su organización interna y de esta manera seguir creciendo y aportando a la economía de la región.
Confecciones Emily Sport is a micro-company that resumes work at the end of 2019, in mid-March 2020 due to the pandemic, many companies had to close their doors due to confinement, this situation instead of having destabilized the company that was restarting work managed to strengthen it, since its object is the manufacture of pajamas and multipurpose for women, men and children, which began to have a greater boom during this time, although they are not very well organized administratively, nor do they have clear objectives and have some drawbacks of internal communication, as a company, they have great potential for expansion and growth. That is why, with the completion of this work presented as an option to degree, the diagnosis and design of an organizational strengthening plan was carried out, managing to implement some of the proposed strategies, which will allow Confecciones Emily Sport to have clarity in its organization internally and in this way continue to grow and contribute to the region's economy.
