Abstract
Hoy en día las empresas de producción de pan, son muy comunes y se distinguen por su tamaño de empresa y la calidad de sus productos, este trabajo va enfocado a una empresa de producción en especifica llamada panadería Juan Ruth, su punto de producción está en el barrio García herreros y es distinguida por su calidad y variedad de productos.
Entrevistando a los dueños de la empresa analizamos que no cuentan con ningún tipo de publicidad para expandir más sus productos y el espacio de producción es muy pequeño es incómodo para sus empleados y dueños, por otra parte, algunas máquinas productoras están en mal estado.
Debido a esto, decidimos hacer un plan y direccionamiento estratégico donde aplicaremos nuestros conocimientos adquiridos en nuestro tiempo estudiantil demostrando nuestras fortalezas y colaboremos con la ayuda de la empresa.
