Abstract
La sociedad de consumo cada vez más demanda servicios innovadores que ofrezcan alternativas
para expresar detalles afectuosos, de reconocimiento o para celebrar ocasiones especiales que
trasciendan las tradicionales serenatas, presentes, ramos florales, cartas o tarjetas de celebración,
y que tengan la cualidad de sorprender gratamente con un contenido altamente significativo en
medio de la modernidad.
Esta tendencia ha hecho emerger con fuerza el nuevo nicho de mercado de los “desayunos
sorpresa”, lo que constituye una oportunidad para nuevos emprendimientos que a su vez
contribuyen a la dinamización de la economía.
Este panorama ha motivado el presente proyecto de factibilidad, que como alternativa de tesis de
grado, propone la creación de una empresa de servicios de “Desayunos Sorpresa” y de
“Anchetas” en la ciudad de Ibagué-Tolima, que opere virtual y físicamente.
Para su formulación se procedió inicialmente a realizar el estudio de los factores del mercado
que lo justifican, al igual que, los que condicionen o habiliten el proyecto; y luego se plantearon
los propósitos y objetivos del estudio. Consecuentemente, se abordaron las distintas teorías que
sustentan el emprendimiento y el “Plan de Inversión del Proyecto”, y se planteó el diseño
metodológico de la investigación, que implicó el desarrollo de un estudio de campo mediante
entrevistas y encuestas que arrojaron conclusiones que dieron certezas para orientar el modelo de
negocio. Finalmente se planteó la propuesta de creación de la empresa y su correspondiente
estudio financiero que verificó que el proyecto es viable.
The consumer society increasingly demands innovative services that offer alternatives to express affectionate details, recognition or to celebrate special occasions that transcend the traditional serenades, presents, floral bouquets, letters or celebration cards, and that have the quality of pleasantly surprising with highly significant content in the midst of modernity. This trend has made the new market niche of “surprise breakfasts” emerge with force, which constitutes an opportunity for new ventures that in turn contribute to the revitalization of the economy. This panorama has motivated the present feasibility project, which as an alternative to thedegree thesis, proposes the creation of a service company of "Surprise Breakfasts” and "Anchetas" in the city of Ibagué-Tolima, which operates virtually and physically. For its formulation, it was initially proceeded to study the market factors that justify it, as well as those that condition or enable the project; and then the purposes and objectives of the study were raised. Consequently, the different theories that support the entrepreneurship and the "Project Investment Plan" were addressed, and the methodological design of the research was proposed, which implied the development of a field study through interviews and surveys that yielded conclusions that gave certainty to guide the business model. Finally, the proposal to create the company and its corresponding financial study were raised, which verified that the project is viable.

Desarrollar un estudio de viabilidad para la creación de una microempresa cuyo objeto social es
la producción y comercialización de detalles sorpresa en las modalidades Desayuno Sorpresa y
Anchetas para cualquier género y edad, que opere por medio de plataforma digital y como tienda
física en la ciudad de Ibagué.
