Abstract
El objeto de este trabajo de sistematización de la práctica profesional, es relatar la
experiencia vivida y los planteamientos desarrollados bajo el modelo Centro Progresa EPE y la
Unidad Académica. Es importante expresar que todo el proyecto y sus diferentes ciclos que se
vivieron durante el proceso de la carrera permitieron identificar los factores influyentes del entorno
y su respectivo análisis
Teniendo en cuenta lo anterior, se define los aspectos generales del proyecto emprendedor y se
relaciona con los alcances y obstáculos que puede llegar a tener a través de la evolución y
formación del trabajo obtenida tras la creación de un modelo de plan de negocio llamado
CANELITA CAFÉ, el cual es una empresa dedicada a la fabricación y comercialización de café
saborizado en bolsas de té, reutilizables para el consumo, saludables y biodegradables con el
ambiente. La descripción está basada en los aprendizajes y conocimientos adquiridos durante mi
formación como estudiante del programa de Administración de Empresas y el servicio de
Emprendimiento de la Corporación Universitaria Minuto de Dios.
Esta práctica se representa a través de la divulgación desde el origen del proyecto y el entorno que
esta fija, en primera instancia mediante el emprendimiento y la innovación con un nuevo producto
y el impacto que este podría tener en el mercado ofreciéndoles una forma innovadora de consumir
café y la practicidad de este nuevo modelo que irrumpe la tradicionalidad dando paso a disfrutar
la misma tradición, pero modernizada a fin de satisfacer al consumidor que requiere de elementos
más funcionales. Finalmente se evidencian los conocimientos adquiridos desde el origen del plan
de negocios del proyecto productivo desarrollado en el municipio de Girardot identificando
grandes aportes que tiene la experiencia sobre el proyecto.
The purpose of this work on the systematization of professional practice is to relate the lived experience and the approaches developed under the Centro Progresa EPE model and the Academic Unit. It is important to express that the entire project and its different cycles that were lived during the career process allowed identifying the influencing factors of the environment and their respective analysis Taking into account the above, the general aspects of the entrepreneurial project are defined and related to the scope and obstacles that it may have through the evolution and training of the work obtained after the creation of a business plan model called CANELITA CAFÉ, which is a company dedicated to the manufacture and marketing of flavored coffee in tea bags, reusable for consumption, healthy and biodegradable with the environment. The description is based on the learning and knowledge acquired during my training as a student of the Business Administration program and the Entrepreneurship service of the Minuto de Dios University Corporation. This practice is represented through the disclosure from the origin of the project and the environment that it sets, in the first instance through entrepreneurship and innovation with a new product and the impact that this could have on the market by offering them an innovative way of consuming. coffee and the practicality of this new model that breaks through the traditional, giving way to enjoy the same tradition, but modernized in order to satisfy the consumer who requires more functional elements.
