Abstract
En el desarrollo de la docencia, existen factores determinantes que conducen a un
riesgo mayor de sufrir de estrés, debido a las exigencias del currículo, la enseñanza diaria,
el manejo de la diversidad estudiantil y la presión que ejerce toda la comunidad educativa
en general como los padres, colegas y directivos, al respecto Li, et al. (2020) señalaron que
el estrés entre los profesores incluye algunos factores organizativos, como condiciones
laborales adversas , estrés laboral, falta de apoyo social, conflicto interpersonal, tipo de
escuela, burocracia administrativa y bajos salarios. Este proyecto de investigación tiene
como objetivo general describir los niveles de estrés laboral y la calidad de vida en los
docentes de educación preescolar, primaria y bachillerato de la Institución educativa
Solmerida Bulíes del municipio de la primavera, Vichada. El método se orienta en el
paradigma empírico-analítico, con un enfoque descriptivo de corte transversal, como
instrumentos de recolección de datos se aplicaron los cuestionarios estandarizados escala
de WHOQOL-BREF y el test psicológico OIT-OMS. Los resultados indicaron que para los
docentes de preescolar un 65% de la muestra tiene alta calidad de vida, pero solo un 30%
de nivel alto de estrés, de otro lado un 25 % tiene nivel medio de calidad de vida y solo un
18% nivel medio de estrés. Además, un 10 % indico tener bajo nivel de calidad de vida y
un 52% bajo nivel de estrés. Para los maestros de primaria un 58% de la muestra tiene
alta calidad de vida, pero solo un 9% de nivel alto de estrés, de otro lado un 31 % tiene
nivel medio de calidad de vida y solo un 28% nivel medio de estrés. Además, un 63%
indico tener bajo nivel de calidad de vida y un 10% bajo nivel de estrés y para los
profesores de secundaria un 49% de la muestra tiene alta calidad de vida, pero solo un 5%
de nivel alto de estrés, de otro lado un 34 % tiene nivel medio de calidad de vida y solo un
27% nivel medio de estrés. Además, un 68% indico tener bajo nivel de calidad de vida y
un 17% bajo nivel de estrés. Como principal conclusión indica que los profesores de la
muestra presentan alto nivel de calidad de vida y bajo nivel de estrés , en los últimos años
la enseñanza se ha vuelto cada vez más estresante. Ver que para la muestra poblacional se
ha manejado el estrés, es un indicador de que cuando en las instituciones educativas se
preocupan por garantizar al personal docente condiciones altas de calidad de vida y
condiciones laborales que permiten manejar el estrés laboral, podría garantizarse que el
servicio a los estudiantes será con eficacia, continuo y garantizando el derecho fundamental
a los niños y niñas.

(2020) noted that stress among teachers includes some organizational factors, such as adverse working conditions, job stress, lack of social support, interpersonal conflict, type of school, administrative bureaucracy and low salaries. The general objective of this research project is to describe the levels of work stress and quality of life among preschool, elementary and high school teachers of the Solmerida Bulíes Educational Institution in the municipality of La Primavera, Vichada. The method is based on the empirical-analytical paradigm, with a cross-sectional descriptive approach, and the standardized questionnaires WHOQOL-BREF scale and the ILO-WHO psychological test were used as data collection instruments. The results indicated that for preschool teachers, 65% of the sample had a high quality of life, but only 30% had a high level of stress; on the other hand, 25% had a medium quality of life and only 18% had a medium level of stress. In addition, 10% indicated a low quality of life and 52% a low level of stress.
