Abstract
La planeación estratégica es uno de los pilares fundamentales dentro de la gestión
empresarial que permite integrar las fortalezas con las oportunidades, analizando las
debilidades y amenazas y direccionando correctamente el logro de los objetivos de la
organización, generando a su vez, satisfacción a los usuarios internos y externos. Esta
investigación diseña un modelo de gestión basado en la metodología del Balanced
Scorecard (Cuadro de Mando Integral) para así lograr la optimización en el tiempo de las rutas de transporte público urbano en una empresa del municipio de Chía; este estudio tiene un enfoque de metodología mixta, cuenta con tres partes, la inicial de revisión documental, continuando así, con la segunda denominada trabajo de campo en la cual se aplicaron herramientas de diagnóstico como encuestas y entrevistas a la población objeto de este estudio, para concluir con la tercera fase donde se recopilo la información obtenida con el objeto de realizar el correspondiente análisis e integración de resultados, que permitieron el diseño de una herramienta útil, confiable y practica que ayude a complementar y facilitar la toma de decisiones en pro del bienestar empresarial, económico, social y medio ambiental para el municipio.
Strategic planning is one of the fundamental pillars within business management that allows integrating strengths with opportunities by correctly directing the achievement of the organization's objectives, generating, in turn, satisfaction to internal and external users.
