Abstract
La autorregulación del aprendizaje del estudiante es una transición en el cual se genera
un proceso autónomo que se basa en un enfoque dirigido en la formación de las competencias,
entregando un conocimiento previo que permita desenvolverse en su propio entorno; de lo
anterior surgen nuevas ideas para generar propuestas para la formulación de proyectos,
pensamientos y comportamientos que incitan a examinar diferentes estrategias para planes de
acción; de forma confluyente, las universidades y los docentes son una piezas clave en los
procesos que desarrolla el estudiante al momento de apropiar conocimientos, haciendo énfasis
en metodologías que fortalecen habilidades y motivan el involucramiento en su propio
desarrollo. Motivar y aprender, con pertinencia y responsabilidad de aprendizaje, un papel
importante del estudiante y la pedagogía del docente para el proceso enseñanza – aprendizaje,
actualmente en ambientes virtuales de la Corporación universitaria Minuto de Dios; se busca
entender y reflexionar relaciones de los métodos praxeológicos y el impacto que generan en el
proceso de regulación del aprendizaje en la carrera universitaria de Administración de
empresas de la sede de Villavicencio (VRO).
El estudio de las variables de aprendizaje y de la motivación de la sede Villavicencio
de la Vicerrectoría Regional Orinoquía – VRO, en entornos virtuales dado el confinamiento
por Covid-19, propone el análisis desde las fases del aprendizaje autorregulado, de planeación,
control volitivo, y de reflexión aplicada a los estudiantes de la unidad de ciencias económicas.
Se desarrolla la aplicación a 527 estudiantes de administración de empresas en 3 estratos, (1)
estudiantes de primer semestre que contemplan el desarrollo de proyectos, (2) estudiantes de
niveles 2, 3, 4, 5 y 6 que desarrollan Componentes Minuto de Dios (CMD) en asignaturas
diseñadas bajo el modelo praxeológico de la universidad, y (3) estudiantes que aplican a
asignaturas relacionadas con las prácticas profesionales, formulación de proyectos y trabajos
de grado entre los niveles (7,8 y 9).
The self-regulation of student learning is a transition in which an autonomous process is generated that is based on a directed approach in the formation of competences, providing prior knowledge that allows them to function in their own environment; From the above, new ideas arise to generate proposals for the formulation of projects, thoughts and behaviors that encourage the examination of different strategies for action plans; confluently, universities and teachers are key pieces in the processes that students develop when appropriating knowledge, emphasizing methodologies that strengthen skills and motivate involvement in their own development. Motivate and learn, with relevance and responsibility for learning, an important role of the student and the pedagogy of the teacher for the teaching - learning process, currently in virtual environments of the Minuto de Dios University Corporation; It seeks to understand and reflect on the relationships of praxeological methods and the impact they generate in the process of regulating learning in the university career of Business Administration at the Villavicencio headquarters (VRO). The study of the learning and motivation variables of the Villavicencio headquarters of the Orinoquía Regional Vice President - VRO, in virtual environments given the confinement by Covid-19, proposes the analysis from the phases of self-regulated learning, planning, volitional control, and reflection applied to the students of the economics unit. The application is developed to 527 business administration students in 3 strata, (1) first semester students who contemplate the development of projects, (2) students at levels 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 who develop Minute of God Components (CMD) in subjects designed under the praxeological model of the university, and (3) students who apply to subjects related to professional practices, project formulation and degree work between levels (7,8 and 9). Considering a mixed approach due to the nature of the variables and the need to know the perception of students in relation to their motivation processes for self-regulation of learning (intrinsic motivation), motivation from the praxeological scope of the UNIMINUTE model (extrinsic motivation) implemented by teachers in attention to the substantive function of research (project formulation), and socioeconomic aspects that emerged from the application of the instruments; the type of research is correlational, developed from factor analysis determined in principal components and correlation matrices; although it presents descriptive components in attention to the need to identify characteristics of the study population.
