Abstract
El maltrato infantil es tan viejo como la humanidad misma. La Biblia recoge
muchos ejemplos, y tal vez el más conocido sea la Matanza de los Inocentes, ordenada por Herodes, temiendo el nacimiento de Jesús, Rey de los Judíos. Millones de niños viven sometidos a trabajos forzados, prostitución, hambre, frío, careciendo de educación y atención médica por irresponsabilidad social y familiar, y se agrava constantemente la
situación por el empeoramiento de las condiciones de vida, incremento de la pobreza,
drogadicción, alcoholismo y delincuencia. (Robaina S, G, 2020). Así se ve directa e
indirectamente afectado el menor al maltrato físico, psicológico, abuso sexual, desatención, negligencia y explotación comercial o de otro tipo que causen o puedan causar un daño a la salud, desarrollo o dignidad del niño, evadiendo sus derechos.
Según Carbonell, O. A. (2016). La transformación de actitudes en relación con la
infancia no es un asunto fácil, porque gran parte de la población posee concepciones de
infancia que son contrarias al niño y a la niña como sujeto de derechos, y cree y legítima en su discurso y en sus prácticas cotidianas actitudes autoritarias, centradas desde la
perspectiva adulta, que no le concede al niño y la niña su derecho a la autonomía y a la
participación. Muchas de las prácticas de crianza y cuidado actuales son maltratadoras y
negadoras de los derechos de los niños y están atravesadas por discursos culturales, algunos que todavía escuchamos en ciertos padres o madres, donde los niños son concebidos como propiedad de los padres y por eso pueden hacer con ellos lo que consideren coherente con sus ideas y experiencias propias sobre la crianza; como ser abusivos y llegar al maltrato infantil para disciplinarlos. Este proyecto se enfocará en crear estrategias pedagógicas de prevención del maltrato infantil en las cuales se beneficiarán los docentes, cuidadores, padres o todos aquellos que estén a cargo del cuidado de los niños.

This project will focus on creating pedagogical strategies for the prevention of child abuse in which teachers, caregivers, parents or all those who are in charge of caring for children will benefit
