Abstract
El riesgo psicosocial es inherente a cualquier ocupación, entendida como la relación entre el ser humano y sus contextos; el contexto laboral, establece una relación demanda/respuesta que genera un beneficio común; al perder el equilibrio se aumenta la exposición al riesgo psicosocial. Debido a la pandemia por Covid-19, los docentes crearon estrategias que disminuyeran la exposición y el contagio, se suspendieron actividades presenciales para pasar a una estrategia virtual que respondiera a las obligaciones laborales y a las demandas estudiantiles. Esto los llevó a adaptar empíricamente su domicilio como sitio de trabajo, con recursos propios y sin orientaciones claras. Esta investigación caracterizó a la población docente, identificó el impacto del riesgo psicosocial y propuso medidas de protección para los docentes del colegio República Bolivariana de Venezuela, sede B, de Bogotá, quienes ejecutaron actividades virtuales durante el aislamiento preventivo por COVID-19, entre marzo y diciembre de 2020; para tal fin, se aplicó un estudio con enfoque cualitativo
