Definición de la metodología tarifaria de los servicios de acueducto y alcantarillado para el Conjunto Recreacional Campestre Mesa de Yeguas P.H.

Abstract

La principal motivación de este estudio es comprender y analizar la situación financiera del Conjunto Recreacional Mesa de Yeguas mediante la revisión de estados financieros y balances relacionados con la prestación de servicios relacionados con el tratamiento de acueductos y alcantarillado, con el fin de buscar información clara que refleje los ingresos y en el caso de la relación entre costos, se pueden tomar decisiones para adaptarse a la información para mejores operaciones al final del año. No obstante, el objetivo de la investigación elige un método de investigación mixto e integra información conjunta a través de la recopilación y análisis de datos cuantitativos y cualitativos. Usando un método mixto, hay evidencia digital, verbal, de texto, visual, etc. basada en el problema. Dicho lo anterior, se llegó a la siguiente conclusión, se identificó que el cobro por el servicio del alcantarillado se factura con una tarifa fija, es decir no está ligado al consumo de agua, por esa razón hay costos que no están contemplados, al no tenerse en cuenta en la facturación, el recaudo es menor. Al aplicar la metodología de la CRA se contemplan los costos de operación, inversión y pago de tasas ambientales, al aplicar el marco tarifario se logra obtener un equilibrio financiero.

The main motivation of this study is to understand and analyze the financial situation of the Mesa de Yaguas Recreational Complex by reviewing financial statements and balance sheets related to the provision of services related to the treatment of aqueducts and sewers, in order to seek clear information that reflect revenue and in the case of the cost ratio, decisions can be made to adapt to the information for better operations at the end of the year. However, the research objective chooses a mixed research method and integrates joint information through the collection and analysis of quantitative and qualitative data. Where the following conclusion was reached, it was identified that the charge for the sewerage service is billed with a fixed rate, that is, it is not linked to water consumption, for that reason there are costs that are not contemplated, as they are not taken into account in billing, the collection is lower. When applying the CRA methodology, the costs of operation, investment and payment of environmental fees are considered, when applying the tariff framework, a financial balance is achieved.
