Abstract
El presente trabajo de grado, hace una revisión documental considerando principalmente
los cambios adoptados por las organizaciones y provocados en el marco de las restricciones y confinamiento de la pandemia del Covid-19, que representan para los trabajadores nuevas expresiones causales de los riesgos psicosociales. Tiene como objetivo general identificar los riesgos psicosociales que predominan en el entorno laboral a causa del Covid-19 en el Continente Americano. La metodología utilizada fue el enfoque cualitativo de tipo no experimental, de alcance descriptivo de diseño revisión documental; la muestra está conformada por 50 artículos; la información fue organizada y segmentada por medio de una ‘rejilla’ Excel, luego fue analizada en el software Atlas TI, para codificación de los principales constructos.
Dentro de los resultados, se identificó la incidencia a nivel de riesgos psicosociales en el entorno laboral a causa del Covid-19, además de las repercusiones a nivel familiar, laboral y personal dadas las herramientas implementadas para el desarrollo de la nueva normalidad. y la revisión documental realizada, hizo posible identificar lo documentado hasta la fecha entorno a los efectos ocasionados por la pandemia. Es pertinente considerar la importancia de la consolidación del material bibliográfico consultado, teniendo como premisa la necesidad de hacer aportes a la academia para motivar e incitar al ejercicio investigativo como fuente de conocimiento.
This research project makes a documentary review mainly considering the changes adopted by the organizations and caused within the framework of the restrictions and confinement of the Covid-19 pandemic, which represent new causal expressions of psychosocial risks for workers. Its general objective is to identify the psychosocial risks that predominate in the work environment due to Covid-19 in the American Continent. The methodology used was the non-experimental qualitative approach, with a descriptive scope of document review design; the sample is made up of 50 articles; The information was organized and segmented by means of an Excel ‘grid’, then it was analysed in the Atlas TI software, for coding the main constructs. Among the results, the incidence at the level of psychosocial risks in the work environment due to Covid-19 was identified, in addition to the repercussions at the family, work and personal level given the tools implemented for the development of the new normal. and the documentary review carried out, made it possible to identify what has been documented to date regarding the effects caused by the pandemic. It is pertinent to consider the importance of consolidating the bibliographic material consulted, taking as a premise the need to make contributions to academia to motivate and encourage research as a source of knowledge.
