Abstract
Históricamente se ha marcado diferencia entre un producto y un servicio, se está acostumbrado y se habla de producir un bien y de prestar un servicio. Diversas ramas del saber han acuñado conocimiento y metodologías para producir un bien, un tangible; es como si el servicio no se pudiera “producir”. Pero si el servicio es en sí mismo un producto (Easingwood, C. J. 1986), porque entonces no verlo como tal e intentar entonces producirlo. Utilizando teorías y metodologías de producción, el presente emprendimiento apunta a industrializar el servicio de administración de propiedad horizontal. Al enmarcarlo de esta forma y verlo desde esta dimensión posibilita la innovación de proceso. Con el uso de aplicaciones tecnológicas e inteligencia de negocios, las empresas son capaces de desarrollar nuevos servicios (Demirhan et al. 2006).

Framing it in this way and viewing it from this dimension enables process innovation. With the use of technological applications and business intelligence, companies are able to develop new services (Demirhan et al. 2006).
