Abstract
El presente documento muestra los resultados obtenidos a partir del desarrollo de investigación exploratoria en el área contable de la empresa PELUQUERÍA Y SALÓN DE BELLEZA NINFA, donde se implementó un proceso contable sistematizado requerido para el cumplimiento de las normas contables y fiscales vigentes, a través de la metodología cualitativa, se obtuvo información que permite el registro y control adecuado de los datos para óptimo manejo de las transacciones y de los hechos económicos de la entidad e información esencial para el manejo de la entidad y quienes intervienen en esta. La implementación de un software contable genera un valor agregado a la compañía al permitir que la información sea confiable, oportuna y veraz y que sirva como instrumento para la toma de decisiones.
This document shows the results obtained beginning with the development of exploratory research in the accounting area of the company PELUQUERÍA Y SALÓN DE BELLEZA NINFA, where a systematized accounting process required for compliance with current accounting and tax regulations was implemented. Through the qualitative methodology information was obtained that allows the registry and adequate control of the data for optimal handling of the transactions and of the economic facts of the entity and essential information for the management of the entity and those who intervene in it. The implementation of an accounting software generates added value for the company by allowing the information to be reliable, timely and truthful and it works as a tool for decision making.
