Abstract
El siguiente trabajo de grado tiene como finalidad de definir lineamientos a padres de familia y docentes de los estudiantes con –NEE- de la Institución Educativa Atanasio Girardot, a través de una estrategia de tipo socio-educativo, encaminada a fortalecer los procesos de inclusión y acompañamiento de acuerdo al decreto 1421 de 2017. Así mismo, pretende fortalecer los procesos de inclusión en la institución ya que es necesario para que cada actor involucrado conozca su rol y el debido proceso que se debe seguir con los estudiantes de NEE.
Esta intervención permitió profundizar los problemas que tiene el proceso de inclusión en la institución educativa debido al desconocimiento del decreto y los pasos que deben seguir cada uno de los involucrados. Así mismo, se busca que los padres de familia, docentes y directivos cuenten con herramientas que originen conocimiento sobre las NEE, la corresponsabilidad, el rol de cada actor y la ruta de atención que llevará el proceso de lo que se debe hacer antes, durante y después del ingreso de un estudiante con limitaciones.
Para concluir, cada uno de los actores involucrados contará con herramientas y conocimientos acerca del proceso de inclusión el cual se ha venido construyendo en la institución educativa el cual busca empoderar la inclusión educativa necesaria para que los padres de familia y docentes puedan ser cercanos a todo los acontecimientos y seguimientos que se deban hacer.
The following undergraduate work aims to define guidelines for parents and teachers of students with -NEE- from the Educational Institution Atanasio Girardot, through a socio-educational strategy, aimed at strengthening the processes of inclusion and accompaniment according to decree 1421 of 2017. Likewise, it aims to strengthen the inclusion processes in the institution since it is necessary for each actor involved to know their role and the due process that must be followed with NEE students. This detailed intervention deepens the problems of the inclusion process in the educational institution due to ignorance of the decree and the steps to be followed by each of those involved. Likewise, it seeks parents, teachers and managers to have tools that generate knowledge about SEN, co-responsibility, the role of each actor and the care route that will carry out the process of what should be done before, during and after the admission of a student with limitations. To conclude, each one of the actors involved will have tools and knowledge about the inclusion process which has been built in the educational institution which seeks to empower the educational inclusion necessary so that parents and teachers can be close to everything. the events and follow-ups that must be done.
