Abstract
Unidad caprina de 35 cabras de raza alpina, ubicada en el municipio de Palermo,
estará destinada a la producción de leche para su posterior transformación en productos
como queso, arequipe, yogurt, entre otros; producidos de manera orgánica y amigable con el medio ambiente, mediante la no utilización de concentrados. Las cabras estarán en un sistema semiestabulado, generando el mayor confort y bienestar a las mismas con el propósito de maximizar su producción, las instalaciones estarán acordes con el ciclo
productivo de las mismas. Para un mayor control, se llevarán registros diarios como
nacimientos, mortalidad, producción láctea, inseminaciones, montas, entre otros con el fin
de tener una trazabilidad de cada uno de los animales, este proyecto hace parte del sector caprino el cual ha venido presentando un crecimiento importante a nivel nacional. En este momento hemos realizado visitas a algunos productores del departamento, los cuales realizan la actividad de una forma muy artesanal, de igual forma hemos participado en un evento organizado por la corporación universitaria minuto de Dios, con una muestra de estos productos realizados por nosotros mismos.

For greater control, daily records such as births, mortality, dairy production, inseminations, mounts, among others, will be kept in order to have a traceability of eachof the animals, this Project is part of the goat sector which has been showing significant growth at the national level. Establecer la empresa APRISCO CAPRILAC S.A.S, destinada a la producción y
comercialización de productos derivados de la leche de cabra, realizando una
suplementación vegetal a base de forraje verde hidropónico de maíz, buscando con ello
una producción más limpia que genere calidad e inocuidad al consumidor.
