Abstract
El presente trabajo está dirigido a la identificación de los requisitos legales que enmarcan las actividades y sus consecuentes responsabilidades jurídicas, cuando se desarrollan las actividades de administrador en Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo, igualmente, se busca determinar el alcance de esta exigencia legal, en virtud de la delegación de responsabilidades que asume el administrador al ejercer la representación del empleador, ante los organismos judiciales y administrativos encargados de la vigilancia y control del Sistema de Gestión de la Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo.
El proceso de identificación normativa está directamente relacionado con el alcance de las labores del administrador, generado a partir de la licencia en Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo que exige la normatividad en su ejercicio profesional.
A partir de esa identificación se podrán determinar las responsabilidades por el daño que se cause al trabajador o parte interesada en un sistema de gestión integral, y enfocado en la seguridad y salud en el trabajo.
