Abstract
El presente trabajo se enfoca en la Actualización, Organización y Control del área de Cartera de la Empresa CARICADAS SAS, con la finalidad de analizar y mejorar la gestión de cobro en la empresa, implementando lineamientos contables para el control de las cuentas por cobrar que se llevan a cabo en el departamento de cobranzas, igualmente se utilizó una evaluación de control interno del proceso que se llevaba a cabo en las cuentas por cobrar, una rotación de cartera, y un comparativo entre físico y lo sistematizado en donde se involucró el contador Público y demás personal administrativo de la empresa. Con esta gestión se logró tener en detalle las fechas de vencimiento de las cuentas por cobrar y montos de cada cliente, igualmente se logró gestionar un recaudo de cartera de aproximadamente el 70% que tenía mayor vencimiento, logrando aportes significativos para la compañía.
The present work of investigation was focused in the Update, Organization and Control of the area of Portfolio of the Company CARICADAS SAS, with the purpose of analyzing and improving the collection management in the company, implementing countable limits for the control of the accounts for receiving that are carried out in the department of collections, equally there was in use an evaluation of internal control of the process that was carried out in the accounts for charging, a rotation of portfolio, and a comparative between physicist And the systematized where there interfered the Public book-keeper and other clerical staff of the company. With this management it was achieved to have in detail the dates of maturity of theaccounts for charging and amounts of every client and doing there was done a collection of portfolios of approximately 70 % that had major maturity.
