Abstract
Mediante este trabajo se analiza la mejor opción para proporcionar a la empresa CARTOP INGENIERÍA Y TOPOGRAFÍA S.A.S. una herramienta que brinde datos numéricos clasificados como estados financieros. Tales datos constituirán una base que permita fortalecer la gestión administrativa, contable y financiera de la organización, con el fin de aprovechar el uso de los recursos técnicos y las capacidades del recurso humano.
El punto de partida fue la realización del desarrollo de un diagnóstico de la organización, durante el período comprendido entre los meses de enero a diciembre del año 2018, mediante el cual se identificaron los vacíos existentes en el manejo de la información y la inexistencia de informes que dieran cuenta del resultado de las operaciones. La intención de este proyecto, es que la empresa CARTOP INGENIERÍA Y TOPOGRAFÍA S.A.S., cuente con datos numéricos clasificados como estados financieros, que permitan ser analizados y medidos como base para la toma de decisiones acordes a la realidad empresarial.
Through this work we analyze the best option to provide the company CARTOP INGENIERÍA Y TOPOGRAFÍA S.A.S. a tool that provides numerical data classified as financial statements. Such data will constitute a basis for strengthening the administrative, accounting and financial management of the organization, in order to take advantage of the use of technical resources and human resource capabilities. The starting point was the realization of the development of a diagnosis of the organization, during the period between the months of January to December 2018, by which the existing gaps in the handling of the information and the inexistence of reports were identified. that they would give an account of the result of the operations. The intention of this project is that the company CARTOP ENGINEERING AND TOPOGRAPHY S.A.S., has numerical data classified as financial statements, which allow to be analyzed and measured as a basis for making decisions according to business reality. After the implementation and start-up of the software in the company CARTOP INGENIERÍA Y TOPOGRAFÍA SAS, the financial statements and the complementary reports obtained from it will provide the permanent opportunity to know the results of the operations and the continuous improvement of the administrative and economic processes . As a sample of the previous statement and emphasizing that before there was no indicator, Table 1 presents some financial reasons, extracted after the aforementioned implementation
