Implementación de un sistema de inventarios en la empresa valor en franquicias SAS

Abstract

El presente documento pretende dar a conocer los resultados alcanzados en el área contable dentro de la empresa VALOR EN FRANQUICIAS S.A.S., donde se realizaron, diferentes labores en el área contable logrando identificar el problema que tiene la empresa respecto al control de sus inventarios. En el trascurso de la práctica en el periodo mayo a agosto del 2018, se trabajó en la implementación de un sistema de inventarios a través del software contable que permitiera llevar un mejor control sobre las materias primas que adquiere la empresa para la elaboración de sus productos; esto con el fin de garantizar un mejor control sobre la información. A partir de esta labor se proporcionó nuevos conocimientos de las actividades y procesos que se llevan a cabo logrando así beneficio corporativo y a nivel personal.

This document intends to present the results achieved in the accounting area within the company VALOR EN FRANQUICIAS S.A.S., where different tasks in the accounting area were performed, identifying the problem that the company has with respect to the control of its inventories, in the course of practice in the period May to August 2018, we worked on the implementation of an inventory system through accounting software that would allow a better control over the raw materials acquired by the company for the development of its product; this in order to ensure better control over information acquired by the company for the development of its product; this in order to ensure better control over information on its product. As a result of this work, new knowledge was provided of the primary occupations or actions that are carried out, thus achieving corporate and personal benefit.
