Abstract
Dado el crecimiento del comercio electrónico (e-commerce) en los últimos años a nivel mundial, la empresa Leonisa tiene el gran reto de potenciar su canal de venta de tienda virtual, sin embargo actualmente en la empresa se evidencia una insatisfacción reiterada de los clientes, debido a falencias en la entrega de sus productos adquiridos a través de la tienda virtual, problemática que es generada en la logística de transporte de los productos, razón por la cual con el presente proyecto se pretende abordar dicha problemática, planteando varios escenarios de optimización de procesos y procedimientos, en aras de brindar un mejor servicio a los clientes.
Given the growth of electronic commerce (e-commerce) in recent years around the world, the company Leonisa has the great challenge of enhancing its sales channel of virtual store, however currently in the company there is evidence of repeated dissatisfaction of customers , due to shortcomings in the delivery of their products purchased through the virtual store, problematic that is generated in the transport logistics of the products, reason for which with the present project is intended to address this problem, raising several optimization scenarios of processes and procedures, in order to provide a better service to customers.
