Evaluación del riesgo biológico por ofídicos en los trabajadores operarios del condominio Entre Puentes del municipio de Apulo Cundinamarca

Abstract

Referente al riesgo biológico laboral se encontró en las diferentes organizaciones dependiendo la actividad económica a que se dediquen y el lugar donde se encuentre, así mismo existen diferentes factores que pueden influir en el bienestar de los trabajadores, lo cual esto influye en la salud y su buen desempeño laboral. Por ello es importante realizar una valoración y un plan de acción de seguridad y salud en el trabajo para disminuir los accidentes e incidentes en el condominio Entre Puentes, ya que esto ayudará a evitar posibles afectaciones futuras en los colaboradores. La principal característica que llevó hacer éste proyecto de investigación en los trabajadores del condominio Entre Puentes, es por la actividad económica por riesgo ofídico lo cual por ser un lugar apartado y boscoso ya que es una ubicación con flora y fauna a su alrededor, por el cambio climático en los últimos años se han acercado animales de diferentes especies, en este caso se enfocó en los ofídicos ya que son animales que buscan donde refugiarse y llegan al condominio, donde los colaboradores tienen un contacto directo con esta especie. En general los ofídicos son una especie de animal que esta entre venenosos y no venenosos, en el condominio Entre Puentes hay colaboradores que pueden identificarlas por medio del color de la piel, ahí es donde parte el proyecto a través de ese conocimiento previo de los colaboradores de este condominio, se realizaron capacitaciones o charlas sobre el autocuidado del antes, durante y después en caso que se presente algún accidente con el ofídico, así se implementó la prevención de este riesgo para poder salvar la integridad y la vida de los colaboradores de éste condominio. Este proyecto se desarrolló con una metodología cuantitativa donde se realizó una encuesta a los colaboradores operativos de la empresa, el cual ayudo a identificar que conocimiento tenían sobre los ofídicos (serpientes) y que reacción toman a la hora de enfrentar algún acontecimiento

In general, ophidians are a species of animal that is between poisonous and non-venomous. In the Entre Puentes condominium there are collaborators who can identify them by the color of their skin. That is where our project begins through the prior knowledge of the collaborators of this condominium, to be able to do training or talks on self-care before, during and after in case an accident occurs with the ophthalmologist, thus we will implement the prevention of this risk to be able to save the integrity and life of the collaborators of this condominium. This project was developed with a quantitative methodology where a survey was carried out among the company's operational collaborators, which helped to identify what knowledge they had about ophidians (snakes) and what reaction they take when faced with an event
