Perceptions of basic education in times of covid19

Abstract

The year 2020 has been characterized by the effects generated by the new coronavirus, this has impacted all spheres of the human being and especially basic education, for this reason, this study has sought to know the main attitudes and perceptions of basic education in times of covid19. A mixed cut study was carried out, with the  participation of 19040, with the inclusion criteria of elementary school and high school students, parents, teachers and managers. Among the main results, it is highlighted how the perception has changed in a before, during and a possible after in the new normal, likewise, the growth in considering the alternation, mixed and even virtual model for the future of education.

El año 2020, ha sido caracterizado por los efectos generados por el nuevo coronavirus, esto ha impactado todas las esferas del ser humano y en especial la educación básica, por tal motivo, este estudio ha buscado conocer las principales actitudes y percepciones de la educación básica en tiempos del covid19. Se realizó un estudio de corte mixto, con la participación de 19040, con criterio de inclusión de estudiantes de primaria, de secundaria, padres de familia, profesores y directivos. Dentro de los principales resultados se destaca cómo ha cambiado la percepción en un antes, durante y un posible después en la nueva normalidad, así mismo, el crecimiento en considerar el modelo de alternancia, mixto e incluso virtual para el futuro de la educación.
