| dc.description | Cultural imaginaries are formed through the way territory was appropriated and together with the specific mestizo process that was carded out; this produces e strong sentiment of nostalgia of what could have been, awarding the power of representation of external elements to Latin America. However, from these same practices arises a proposal to look within and stand out not simply as marginal but as an empowered marginality that culturally reconstructs territories. This implies an epistemological change in the auto-representation and hence in the hetero-representation. | en-US |
| dc.description | La generación de formas de apropiación territorial en América latino están ligados a las formas de representación europea de territorio que se introducen en la colonia, estas formas generan imaginarios culturales que unidos a los particulares procesos de mestizaje que se llevaron a cabo, dan paso a un fuerte sentimiento de añoranza de lo que no se es, otorgando el poder de representación o elementos externos a la misma América latino, sin embargo, de estos mismos procesos surgen las propuestas para mirarse y hacerse notar no como simple marginalidad, sino como marginalidad empoderada que se reterritorializa culturalmente, lo cual implica un cambio epistemológico en la auto-representación y por tanto en la hetero-representación. | es-ES |
