Abstract
La industria Manufacturera se encuentra constantemente con nuevos retos, los cuales van requiriendo cambios innovadores que conlleven a una mejora en la estructura y en las estrategias como objetivo fundamental para llegar a la excelencia. El objetivo principal de esta propuesta es plantear opciones que permitan reducir los recortes por causa de las pérdidas generadas equivalentes a 68.505 Kilogramos eso equivale al 68 toneladas de producto que se está perdiendo, el cual equivale al 4.4% de producción en la Compañía de Galletas Noel, a través de la asociación entre los sistemas de información el análisis se afrontan bajo una metodología descriptiva-exploraría, con una técnica inductiva y un enfoque mixto (Cualitativo-cuantitativo).Los resultados registraron garantizar respecto el análisis de los datos en los sistemas de información de las pérdidas de producción en las referencias de Galletas de la Compañía de Galletas Noel S.A.S, que existe un alto indicador de recorte del horno 7 por causa de perdida de producto en el horno. Al identificar las causas y falencias con mayor participación de pérdidas del producto, se logró identificar que las mayores pérdidas fueron por el recorte con papel. Se concluyó como estrategia de solución que se hace necesaria la integración, a nivel de consultas de los sistemas de información para la recopilación de datos constantes del proceso.

The results recorded guaranteeing with respect to the analysis of the data in the information systems of production losses in the cookie references of the cookie company Noel S.A.S, that there is a high indicator of cutout of oven 7 due to product loss in the oven. By identifying the causes and fallacys with the greatest share of product losses, it was achieved that the greatest losses were by the paper cut It was concluded as a solution strategy that requires the integration, at the query level, of information systems for the constant collection of data of the process.
