Abstract
La comuna 13 de Medellín, ha estado permeada por dinámicas de violencia durante décadas; esta, responde al conflicto interno nacional. Los principales actores y perpetuadores de los escenarios históricos de violencias han sido los grupos al margen de la ley de las izquierdas y derechas del país y la fuerza pública en representación del estado. Para el año 2002, el conflicto en la comuna se agudiza y el estado decide intervenir el territorio con una serie de operaciones militares sin precedentes. Al mismo tiempo, organizaciones como la Asociación Cristiana de Jóvenes, ACJ -YMCA, emprenden acciones, estrategias y procesos de organización y participación juvenil, con el objetivo de incidir en la transformación de las dinámicas de violencia de algunos jóvenes de la comuna, como aporte a la noviolencia. Por lo anterior, la presente investigación mediante el enfoque fenomenológico, analizó la experiencia de participación de tres jóvenes que hicieron parte de las iniciativas implementadas por la ACJ entre el periodo 2002 - 2007, y que hoy, son referentes positivos tanto a nivel territorial, como nacional e internacional.
The comuna 13 of Medellin, has been permeated by dynamics of violence for decades; this one responds to the national internal conflict. The main actors and perpetuators of historical violence scenarios have been outside the law groups of parties from left and right of the country. By 2002, the conflict in the comuna deepened and the state decides to intervene the territory with an unprecedented series of military operations. At the same time, organizations such as the Young Men's Christian Association - YMCA, undertake actions, strategies and processes of organization and youth participation, with the aim of influencing the transformation of the dynamics of violence of some young people in the comuna, as a contribution to nonviolence. Therefore, this research using the logical phenomenon approach analyzed the experience of participation of three young people who were part of the initiatives implemented by the YMCA, between 2002 - 2007, and which today are positive benchmarks at the territorial, and both national and international levels.
