| dc.description | This article aims to manifest the role of Human Rights as a discourse and a tool to confront the national historical episodes of violence and violations. The emphasis of this analytical effort of the different forms of violence that for many years, not only Colombia, but also, Latin America has had to deal with; consists of generating awareness in the importance that these issues will have in the debates regarding Torture and Human Rights Forums as the main and essential focal point. Although, that at the time, there have many attempts in public debates and in the media, this is an issue that has been transformed as the central idea for speeches and the actions of political actors during the subsequently decodes. | en-US |
| dc.description | Este artículo se propone poner de manifiesto el papel de los Derechos Humanos como discurso y herramienta para enfrentar los episodios de violencia y violaciones en la historia del país. El énfasis de este esfuerzo de análisis de las diferentes formas de violencia que durante años han azotado no sólo o Colombia, sino en general, a América latina, radica en generar una toma de conciencia sobre la importancia que estos temas tendrán en el debate de las torturas y los Foros de Derechos Humanos como un primer y fundamental referente, en el que o pesar de los intentos generados en los espacios de debate público y en los medios de comunicación de lo época, el temo llego o convertirse en objeto central de los discursos y acciones de los actores políticos de los siguientes décadas. | es-ES |
