Factors involved in disinterest in reading in high school students

Abstract

Reading motivation is a very present topic in the classrooms at present, in the following section it will be constituted by bibliographic research to form the body of the investigation making a description with the fundamental purpose of answering the question why do young people do not want read? Also starting from the premise that at any age the desire to read and, therefore, the fact of being able to develop the habit can arise. In order to determine the above, a field investigation has been carried out. We propose a series of specific objectives and activities as pedagogical tools to motivate students towards the acquisition of knowledge through reading with the equal interest in the education of children, parents and families that can arouse their interest and direct them towards a very important discovery.

La motivación lectora es un tema muy presente en las aulas actualmente, en el siguiente apartado se verá constituido por la investigación bibliográfica para formar el cuerpo de la investigación realizando una descripción con el propósito fundamental de responder a la interrogante ¿Por qué los jóvenes no quieren leer? Partiendo también de la premisa de que a cualquier edad puede surgir el deseo de leer y, por tanto, el hecho de poder desarrollar el hábito. Para poder determinar lo anteriormente expuesto, se ha realizado una investigación de campo.  Proponemos una serie de objetivos específicos y actividades como herramientas pedagógicas para motivar a los y las estudiantes hacia la adquisición del conocimiento a través de la lectura con el ecuánime interés en la educación de los niños, los padres y las familias que pueden despertar su interés y dirigirlos hacia un descubrimiento muy importante.
