Abstract
En la actualidad Colombia es el país con mayor número de especies de aves
registradas según eBird, con este logro se logró identificar que el aviturismo se ha convertido
en una alternativa para incentivar el desarrollo del turismo en Colombia y en sus áreas
rurales, la ruralidad de Bogotá cuenta con aproximadamente el 75% del territorio, es decir
que cuenta con gran variedad de flora y fauna. Es por esto que se busca incentivar el
aviturismo en las localidades rurales, logrando una participación del aviturista y las
comunidades rurales donde genera un intercambio cultural y se promueve la generación de
recursos económicos extras para las comunidades rurales sin dejar de lado sus actividades
tradicionales, con esta participación del turista en actividades rurales se logra una mejora en
la calidad de vida de aquellas comunidades que presentan un gran interés en la vocación
turística. Por ello, la presente investigación pretende identificar, cual es el estado actual de la
ruralidad de Bogotá en materia avituristica. Del mismo ahondar en el estado actual de los
recursos para el aviturismo en territorios rurales del país.
