Abstract
La presente investigación tiene como propósito diseñar una estrategia de responsabilidad
social empresarial desde la planeación estratégica, como instrumento propio de la Gerencia
Social, que permita el empoderamiento comunitario de los 80 beneficiarios del programa uso de
tiempo libre, que opera en la comuna 06 del municipio de Soacha Cundinamarca, por la
Fundación Social Semilla y Fruto.
Después de 11 años de operación se ha podido evidenciar que existe un agotamiento del
modelo, el sentido de pertenencia por el programa se ha ido perdiendo no solo por los
beneficiarios sino también por los padres de familia, hay poco compromiso con los diferentes
procesos, se puede percibir que los beneficiarios del programa social asisten por obligación y no
por voluntad, o sólo cuando hay celebraciones para recibir donaciones, no se cumplen los
compromisos pactados, tanto los beneficiarios como los padres de familia tienen un nivel de
codependencia muy alto con el programa, no son gestores de oportunidades, no hay un
empoderamiento real con las problemáticas de su comunidad ni con sus proyectos de vida,
existen zonas de confort y siguen existiendo pensamientos de pobreza.
