dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this research is to identify what are the disciplinary functions of professionals in social work against terminal illnesses and their process with the family patient and / or main caregiver. Because there is a lack of knowledge  about the role of the social worker in this field of action, this research is carried out regarding the work of professionals in Social Work in front of the CPs determining the professional and human help in the process of death to make it more bearable by healing souls. In the same way, it will help the professional who is exercising the different areas, to understand in more detail what this whole process is about, for what it is, because it is and to understand the incidence of the patient who encounters a terminal disease in the last stage of his life, he will implicitly say where the course of his illness goes, his family and his caregiver. This research is based on a reflection and deep analysis in the field of care for patients receiving CP. The methodological development was carried out through the qualitative model, the constructionist paradigm and the hermeneutical historical approach, with which it seeks to know the reality from the starting point to be able to dimension the problem establish priorities and propose a strategy of aid responding to the needs psychological, social and spiritual that this process entails through a typified attention where only the patient's affectations matter.
dc.description.abstractLa presente investigación tiene como objetivo identificar cuáles son las funciones disciplinarias de los profesionales en trabajo social frente a las enfermedades terminales y su proceso con el paciente familiares y/o cuidador principal. Debido a que hay un desconocimiento de lo que se refiere al rol del trabajador social en este campo de acción, esta investigación se desarrolla en cuanto al quehacer de los profesionales en Trabajo social frente a los CP determinando la ayuda profesional y humana en cuanto al proceso de muerte para hacerlo más llevadero mediante la sanación de almas. De la misma manera ayudará al profesional que se encuentra ejerciendo las diferentes áreas, a entender más detalladamente de qué trata todo este proceso, para que es, porque es y para entender la incidencia del paciente que se encuentra con una enfermedad terminal en la última etapa de su vida, este mismo dirá implícitamente donde va el transcurso de su enfermedad, su familia y su cuidador. Dicha investigación se fundamenta en una reflexión y un profundo análisis en el ámbito de la atención a pacientes que reciben CP. El desarrollo metodológico se realizó por medio del modelo cualitativo, el paradigma construccionista y el enfoque histórico hermenéutico, con los que se busca conocer la realidad desde el punto de partida para poder dimensionar la problemática establecer prioridades y plantear una estrategia de ayudas respondiendo a las necesidades psicológicas, sociales y espirituales que conlleva este proceso a través de una atención tipificada donde solo importan las afectaciones del paciente.
