Abstract
La ciudad de Medellín y sus comunas han estado marcadas por diferentes situaciones de violencia, conflicto armado, abandono estatal que han causado problemáticas secundarias como falta de oportunidades, brechas de desigualdad, desplazamiento y falta de planeación de los territorios, afectando directa e indirectamente a los habitantes de las comunidades. El objetivo de esta investigación es visibilizar al grupo de danza Shir Star como reconstructor de tejido social en la Comuna 1, Popular de Medellín, a partir de la pregunta de investigación ¿Como un grupo artístico se puede convertir en un eje de desarrollo social para la comuna 1-Popular de la ciudad de Medellín?, ya que las comunidades buscando solucionar las diferentes problemáticas sociales, han conformado grupos en pro de mejorar y aportar al desarrollo las comunas, siendo el desarrollo social un aspecto fundamental para lograr este objetivo. Esta investigación, se desarrollará mediante la aplicación de una encuesta como instrumento de recolección de información, con el fin de caracterizar al grupo de danza, conocer sus habilidades, fortalezas y aspectos a mejorar y posibilidades de crecimiento para aportar a su Visibilización y por ende a su crecimiento enfocado al fortalecimiento de las capacidades humanas que aporten al desarrollo social de la comuna. Finalmente, se concluye que el grupo de danza Shir Star tiene un gran potencial para convertirse en un eje de desarrollo social y aportar positivamente a los habitantes de la comuna 1-Popular.
The city of Medellín and its communes have been marked by different situations of violence, armed conflict, state abandonment that have caused secondary problems such as lack of opportunities, inequality gaps, displacement and lack of planning of the territories, directly and indirectly affecting the inhabitants of the communities. Thus, the objective of this research is to make the Shir Star dance group visible as an axis of social development in Commune 1, Popular de Medellín, based on the research question: How can an artistic group become an axis of development? for the commune 1-Popular of the city of Medellín?, since the communities seeking to solve the different social problems, have formed groups in favor of improving and contributing to the development of the communes, with social development being a fundamental aspect to achieve this objective. This research will be developed through the application of a survey as an information collection instrument, in order to characterize the dance group, know their skills, strengths and aspects to improve and growth possibilities to contribute to their visibility and therefore to its growth focused on strengthening human capacities that contribute to the social development of the community. Finally, it is evident that the Shirt Star dance group has great potential to become an axis of social development and contribute positively to the inhabitants of the 1-Popular commune.
