dc.description.abstractEn Colombia el Sistema de Responsabilidad Penal Adolescente (SRPA) es el conjunto de normas, procedimientos, autoridades judiciales especializadas y entes administrativos que intervienen en la investigación y juzgamiento de delitos cometidos por personas entre los catorce (14) y dieciocho (18) años de edad por medio de un modelo de Justicia Restaurativa o Retributiva, privilegiando el interés superior del niño, cuya finalidad estima resarcir el daño social causado por estar en conflicto con la Ley. Dado lo anterior, el presente Proyecto Integrador (PI) pretende describir la incidencia del SRPA en el adolescente caracterizando y evaluando los modelos y sus políticas públicas actuales, proponiendo algunos lineamientos que brinden mejoras para el óptimo desarrollo integral del adolescente vinculado al SRPA.spa
dc.description.abstractenglishIn Colombia, the Adolescent Criminal Responsibility System (SRPA, in Spanish) is a set of rules, procedures, specialized justice and administrative entities which intervene in the investigation and prosecution of felonies committed by persons between fourteen (14) and eighteen (18) years old throughout a Restorative or Retributive Justice models, privileging the best interest of the child, whose purpose is to compensate the social damage caused by being in conflict with the Law. Given the above, the present Integrative Project (IP) aims to describe the incidence of the models of the SRPA in the adolescent characterizing and evaluating said models and their current public policies, proposing guidelines that provide improvements for an optimum and whole development of the adolescent linked to the SRPA.us
