Abstract
El recurso hídrico es esencial para la supervivencia y el bienestar de los seres humanos y seres vivos, y es importante para todos los sectores de la población sin embargo el aspecto social, económico y ambiental se refleja e impacta un nivel más arriba que el resto. el ser humano no hace un buen uso de este preciado líquido y adicionalmente genera contaminación ambiental y afectación sobre las fuentes hídricas, trayendo como consecuencia el agotamiento y escasez de este recurso, que es indispensable para mantener el equilibrio ecológico y así mejorar las condiciones de vida en el sector.
De tal manera se plantea en este proyecto identificar las causas del desabastecimiento de agua del municipio de Apulo y generar estrategias y alternativas para el abastecimiento del recurso hídrico óptimo del municipio, según sus características y necesidades. Con este fin, se resuelve el reconocer, ¿Cuáles son las causas del desabastecimiento del recurso hídrico en el municipio de Apulo, Cundinamarca, y qué estrategias y alternativas se pueden implementar para corregirlo?
En este contexto, el desarrollo de esta investigación corresponde a través de una identificación de abastecimiento oficial de esta región, examinando información y antecedentes sobre el caso y a su vez obteniendo información directa por medio de la comunidad que reside en este sector; con ello se realizan unas visitas e inspección en la cabecera municipal, la planta de tratamiento del municipio y el punto de captación de agua con el fin de reconocer de primera mano su funcionamiento actual.
Este trabajo plantea y propone una alternativa para generar un punto de captación de agua cruda para su posterior tratamiento de potabilización, esto por medio de métodos investigativos y haciendo un reconocimiento físico; además expone una estrategia de almacenamiento de aguas pluviales en los hogares del municipio, esto para ser utilizado en el uso de actividades secundarias y no consumir el agua que se distribuye por medio del acueducto, se realizan actividades tales como encuestas y entrevistas para los habitantes del municipio estas con el fin de obtener información de valor suministrada para la realización de esta investigación.
Estos resultados analizados indicaron la no conformidad de la población con el suministro, potabilización y consumo del agua afectando a si mismo la calidad de vida de los habitantes del municipio de Apulo, Cundinamarca.
Se puede concluir, en este proyecto, en darle importancia a las medidas frente a esta problemática que se presenta en Apulo para así mejorar las practicas del recurso hídrico y búsqueda de alternativas de prácticas tradicionales como la recolección de aguas pluviales, la intervención y mejoramiento de la planta de tratamiento del municipio y proyectando una fuente alternativa de captación de agua cruda para su consiguiente proceso de purificación, que permita a la población apuleña gozar de un recurso hídrico apto y constante para su consumo y utilización.
Se necesita más apoyo e interés, por parte de los entes de control y gubernamentales no solo para encontrar soluciones técnicas innovadoras que mejoren el suministro del recurso hídrico y el consumo del agua y además fomentar la eficiencia en la utilización del agua.
The water resource is essential for the survival and well-being of human beings and living beings, and is important for all sectors of the population, however the social, economic and environmental aspect is reflected and impacts a level higher than the rest. The human being does not make good use of this precious liquid and additionally generates environmental pollution and effects on water sources, resulting in the depletion and scarcity of this resource, which is essential to maintain ecological balance and thus improve living conditions in the sector. In this way, it is proposed in this project to identify the causes of the shortage of water in the municipality of Apulo and to generate strategies and alternatives for supplying the optimal water resource of the municipality, according to its characteristics and needs. To this end, it is resolved to recognize, What are the causes of the shortage of water resources in the municipality of Apulo, Cundinamarca, and what strategies and alternatives can be implemented to correct it? In this context, the development of this investigation corresponds through an identification of official supply of this region, examining information and antecedents on the case and in turn obtaining direct information through the community that resides in this sector; With this, visits and inspection are carried out at the municipal seat, the municipality's treatment plant and the water catchment point in order to recognize its current operation first-hand. This work proposes and proposes an alternative to generate a raw water catchment point for its subsequent purification treatment, this by means of investigative methods and doing a physical examination; It also exposes a strategy for storing rainwater in the homes of the municipality, this to be used in the use of secondary activities and not consume the water that is distributed through the aqueduct, activities such as surveys and interviews are carried out for the inhabitants of the municipality you are in order to obtain valuable information provided for the realization of this research. These analyzed results indicated the non-conformity of the population with the supply, purification and consumption of water, affecting itself the quality of life of the inhabitants of the municipality of Apulo, Cundinamarca. It can be concluded, in this project, in giving importance to the measures against this problem that is presented in Apulo in order to improve the practices of water resources and search for alternatives to traditional practices such as the collection of rainwater, the intervention and improvement of the municipality's treatment plant and projecting an alternative source of raw water catchment for its subsequent purification process, which allows the Apulian population to enjoy a suitable and constant water resource for its consumption and use. More support and interest is needed from control and government entities not only to find innovative technical solutions that improve the supply of water resources and water consumption and also promote efficiency in the use of water.
