Del problema a la acción: la investigación-acción para mejorar la práctica educativa

Abstract

Este ensayo tiene como propósito promover la investigación-acción en la práctica de aula para optimizar el quehacer educativo. Describe la operacionalización de la investigación, la construcción del conocimiento, la formulación de objetivos y el proceso reflexivo, crítico y recursivo entre el objeto, el porqué del objeto y el para qué. Refleja que investigar dentro del quehacer educativo supone un gran reto; no obstante, sus resultados brindan respuestas oportunas a las situaciones que interfieren en el funcionamiento de los centros escolares. Concluye que, a partir de un enfoque participativo, de autorreflexión y de compromiso consciente de sus actores en la ejecución de acciones comunitarias, es posible superar el problema identificado, mejorar la educación y, consecuentemente, contribuir a la transformación de la sociedad.

This essay aims to promote action research within classroom practice in order to optimize the educational process. It describes the operationalization of research, the construction of knowledge, the formulation of objectives, and the reflective, critical, and recursive process between the object, its underlying reasons, and its purpose. It highlights that conducting research within educational practice is a significant challenge; however, its results offer timely solutions to problems that interfere with the functioning of schools. The essay concludes that, through a participatory approach, processes of self-reflection, and the conscious commitment of those involved in carrying out community actions, it is possible to overcome the identified problem, improve education, and consequently contribute to the transformation of society.
