Intertheoretical relations within the structuralist program: an approach

Abstract

The present reflection aims to show what the intertheoretical relationships within the structuralist program consist of, in a general way, given that there is a change of approach in relation to the inherited conception and, in the same way, what are the basic units that allow us to understand how the different links work in this field. As an exercise in theoretical inquiry, it is supported by the textual analysis of Carlos Ulises Moulines' theory. The reflection led to show a typology of the types of intertheoretical relationships, basically a micro-type relationship, such as theorization, and a macro-type relationship, such as reduction and equivalence.

La presente reflexión pretende mostrar en qué consisten, de un modo general, las relaciones interteóricas al interior del programa estructuralista, dado que hay un cambio de enfoque en relación con la concepción heredada y, de igual modo, cuáles son las unidades básicas que permiten comprender cómo funcionan los diferentes vínculos en este campo. Como un ejercicio de indagación teórica se soporta en el análisis textual de la teoría de Carlos Ulises Moulines. La reflexión llevó a mostrar una tipología de los tipos de relaciones interteóricas, básicamente una relación de tipo  micro, como la teorización y de orden macro, como la reducción y la equivalencia
