Abstract
Description
Abstract Improving the academic quality of the students of the Social Communication and Journalism (CSP) program in UNIMINUTO, Girardot, requires a media platform of the institution (Giro en U), where they systematically enable their journalistic practices as future Neo professionals. From the institutional philosophy of human development and social projection, the approach is to promote the application of the modality of citizen cyber-journalism within the communities, embracing the continuous and permanent interaction of teachers, students and population of their area of influence, in light of the dialogical learning. Given the need felt by the community to have spaces for direct participation that make it a deliberative instance in a rule of Law and empower it as a collective of managers and critical users of mass media of information and communication.
