Abstract
El objetivo de esta investigación es estudiar e identificar la relación financiera pyme – propietario para la empresa Almarted SAS, busca determinar si esta relación puede ser una causa de fracaso temprano del negocio. Se realiza un estudio de caso a la mypyme mediante el análisis de su estructura de capital y una entrevista con sus propietarios donde comparte información de la relación financiera de su negocio. Se concluye que para empresas jóvenes la relación financiera si existe; está dada por el temor a perder el control del negocio, metas personales, temor al riesgo e incertidumbre, esta relación hace que las empresas no puedan ser independientes financieramente. Para la empresa evaluada fue una relación inevitable en los primeros años de vida del negocio, sin embargo es una circunstancia que con la madurez del negocio se puede identificar, controlar y evitar que se convierta en un riesgo para la pyme.
The goal of this research is to study and identify the finance relation among SME (small and mediumsized enterprises) and owner of Almarted SAS company. This search establish if this relation can be a cause of early business failure. Is necessary should be made a study of case to the SME through the analysis of its capital structure and an interview with their owners for share information about the finance relation between them and their business. It concludes that for younger enterprises the finance relation does exist. It is given by the fear of losing control of the business, personal goals, fear of risk and uncertainty, this relation makes the companies unable to be financially independent.
