dc.descriptionEl documento plantea una mirada retrospectiva sobre la modernización y su relación con el concepto de desarrollo instituido de modo dominante en América Latina después de la segunda mitad del siglo XX, rastrea históricamente la manera como recurrentemente se han constituido algunas prácticas y discursos en torno a la comunicación para el desarrollo, ello se realiza también desde el análisis de las prácticas comunicativas, concepción y producción de conocimiento que se deriva de una de las propuestas colombianas pioneras en el ámbito de la comunicación para el desarrollo a nivel latinoamericano, las Radio Escuelas de Acción Cultural Popular ACPO.es-ES
