Abstract
La transformación digital representa la incorporación integral de tecnologías digitales en todos los niveles organizacionales, provocando cambios profundos en la cultura y operación institucional. Esta investigación analiza dicho proceso en MiRed Barranquilla IPS, enfocándose específicamente en la perspectiva del talento humano en salud, con el propósito de identificar estrategias efectivas para gestionar el cambio y reconocer los retos y oportunidades que esta transición implica para la atención al paciente. El tipo de investigación fue de tipo observacional, descriptivo de corte transversal. Para la medición de la madurez digital en se usó la herramienta para la transformación digital de las entidades públicas del Min TIC. Para evaluar las Percepciones y actitudes se utilizó una encuesta individual denominada: Cuestionario para evaluar las percepciones y actitudes del talento humano hacia tecnologías sanitarias a 202 personal de salud. Los resultados revelan que el nivel de madurez digital de la institución de salud es 2, es decir, que la institución ha iniciado el proceso de transformación digital, contando con iniciativas y el nivel proactivo. En la evaluación a los profesionales, reconocen claramente el valor agregado que las tecnologías sanitarias aportan a la mejora de la atención, se observa una adopción de herramientas tecnológicas básicas como computadores, internet y sistemas de historia clínica electrónica. La capacitación institucional ha desempeñado un papel fundamental en esta adopción tecnológica, con aproximadamente el 80% del personal confirmando haber recibido formación
Digital transformation represents the comprehensive integration of digital technologies at all organizational levels, leading to profound changes in institutional culture and operations. This research analyzes that process at MiRed Barranquilla IPS, focusing specifically on the perspective of healthcare human talent, with the aim of identifying effective strategies for managing change and recognizing the challenges and opportunities this transition entails for patient care.The study followed an observational, descriptive, cross-sectional research design. To assess digital maturity, the official tool developed by MinTIC (Colombian Ministry of Information and Communication Technologies) for the digital transformation of public entities was used. Perceptions and attitudes were evaluated through an individual survey titled Questionnaire to Assess the Perceptions and Attitudes of Healthcare Personnel Toward Digital Health Technologies, applied to 202 healthcare professionals.The results revealed that the digital maturity level of the healthcare institution is Level 2, indicating that the digital transformation process has begun, supported by existing initiatives and a proactive stance. In the assessment, professionals clearly recognized the added value that digital health technologies contribute to improving care. There was a noted adoption of basic technological tools such as computers, internet, and electronic medical records systems. Institutional training played a crucial role in this technological adoption, with approximately 80% of the staff reporting having received training
