Abstract
El presente trabajo se realiza a partir de unas problemáticas detectadas en diferentes procesos logísticos que se llevan a cabo día a día en la operación de Almacenes Flamingo Bello Niquía, dichas problemáticas se transforman en averías lo cual lleva a un declive monetario para la compañía. En la toma de información es muy importante las observaciones y criterios de los jefes de operaciones y personal implicado en dichos procesos los cuales conllevan a la intervención de tres procesos claves que son recepción, manipulación y almacenamiento. Para poder intervenir y proponer acciones de manera acertada en los tres procesos es importante cuestionar que procedimientos conllevan a estas averías y a partir de allí cuales se requieran modificar o mejorar para su misma reducción, generando mayor rentabilidad para la compañía al disminuir los índices de averías. Para ello se realiza un análisis de la cantidad de grupos de mercancía con que cuenta la bodega, y una clasificación con los más altos porcentajes de averías para intervenir y definir actividades que ofrezcan la reducción de los puntos críticos.Este trabajo pretende como objetivo proponer estrategia para la mejoría en cada uno de los procesos y de esta manera anticiparnos a los hechos que conllevan al daño del producto. Además de proponer actividades que acompañen y refuercen las estrategias expuestas dando un mayor acompañamiento al personal implicado.
This work is based on some problems detected in different logistic processes that are carried out day by day in the operation of Almacenes Flamingo Bello Niquia, these problems are transformed into failures which leads to a monetary decline for the company. When gathering information, the observations and criteria of the operations managers and personnel involved in these processes are very important and involve the intervention of three key processes: reception, handling and storage. In order to be able to intervene and propose actions in a correct way in the three processes, it is important to question which procedures lead to these breakdowns and from there, which ones need to be modified or improved for their reduction, generating greater profitability for the company by reducing the breakdown rates. For this purpose, an analysis of the amount of merchandise groups in the warehouse is made, and a classification with the highest percentages of breakdowns to intervene and define activities that offer the reduction of the critical points. The objective of this work is to propose strategies for improvement in each of the processes and thus anticipate the events that lead to product damage. In addition to proposing activities that accompany and reinforce the strategies exposed, giving greater support to the personnel involved.
