Abstract
Currently, the terms and conditions of the markets, growing and increasingly globalized, where competition leads to companies to develop competitive factors that allow them to differentiate themselves with their customers and with society, watching a company is no longer as a business generator of economic gains, but more global entities that coexist with a society and generate development in the environment, both in the environment and in their communities. To deal with this type of environments, companies should include in their culture and policies of constant innovation and generate strategies of quality, integration of supply chains, reducing cycle times and manufacturing costs. Not being oblivious to this reality Invesa SA recognizes that it must be a part of these changes and that permanently must innovate in their processes with new methods and efficient technologies that allow them to generate differentiators that position in the market. This is why Invesa SA raises the Certified Delivery Strategy as a policy and culture that applies to all processes that involve a supplier and a customer, either from external providers of Logistics, Logistics to production and finally Logistics to your end customer, by opening a large number of applications of this strategy within your supply chain, creating strategic alliances throughout the chain, generating supplier development, management of the processes and their members, providing quality and minimizing time in the processes that eventually ends up reflecting on customer satisfaction and the privileged position of being your first choice. The agrochemical company is constantly thinking about improving their production processes because with the improvement of them, their customers are increasingly satisfied and therefore their profitability increases. Therefore, it has identified in its processes those risk factors that can lead to an error in production and affect it either in the delay of the same process or decreasing the quality of it.
