Abstract
Description
The figure of “universal legislator”proposed by Sartre poses a constant review of our behavior bearing in mind that the decisions we take regarding our life, and that apparently have no more consequences that which it carries for ourselves, also configures a “way of being” for the others individuals which participate in our society. The present essay more than deepen in the figure of the “universal legislator” proposed by Sartre, attempts to show the importance that supposed the figure of the “universal legislator” in in the conformation of a moral code of behavior in a society, showing some examples of empirical observation that reinforce the figure of the “universal legislator”.
