Abstract
Mantener la cantidad en stock de un producto en particular significa que podemos mantener la oferta y la demanda equilibrada al verificar el historial de movimiento del inventario con respecto a los picos altos y bajos de por qué podrían haberse presentado en una determinada temporada.
Large companies around the world are changing their information systems due to the constant change and evolution of technologies to not get in the way. In antiquity, companies were managed empirically; It is clear that times are changing and according to the needs that are being created, giving a greater credibility participation to the customers that are the cause of the needs that as a company must be fulfilled. Maintaining the quantity in stock of a particular product means that we can keep supply and demand balanced by checking the movement history of the inventory with respect to the highs and lows of why they could have occurred in a certain season. The reason for each company is the client, where all that is always done is to provide the best service, fulfilling the goal of logistics; as an objective and challenge that also seeks growth in units sold and in the acquisition of land in the market without sacrificing the profitability of the company. The physical inventory has always been the headache for people who drive the helm of companies, seek to reduce to zero the level of error in manual operations having sophisticated information systems at the forefront that meet the needs and can accommodate the company.
