| Description: | This paper begins with a tour of some errors in history that caused economic, human and some irreparable damage to the social and economic dynamics of some territories in order to establish a reflection on the error and its possible range of impact. Then, it establishes a view from the training needs of professionals in administration, to contribute with some elements of reflection, motivation and awareness about the importance of some training areas established in academic programs. Este escrito inicia con un recorrido por algunos errores presentados en la historia y con los cuales se causaron daños económicos, humanos y algunos irreparables para la dinámica social y económica de algunos territorios, para establecer una reflexión sobre el error y sus posibles alcances. Luego se establece una mirada desde las necesidades de formación de los profesionales en administración, y así contribuir con elementos de reflexión, motivación y concientización sobre la importancia de algunas áreas de formación instituidas en los programas académicos. |
