Description:	The lack of teaching preparation at the undergraduate level to address students with motor, sensory and cognitive difficulties in the regular classroom and the absence of an interdisciplinary team to support the teacher in the classroom has been a reality in educational institutions in Colombia for more than a decade. In order to provide an appropriate attention to this population and their families, it is necessary to generate an institutional policy that allows the establishment of principles that contribute to the curriculum flexibilization by teachers. In this research article, the perceptions of the teachers belonging to the IED Tecnológico de Madrid were compiled to cooperatively create an evaluative design based on the principles of law and family accompaniment that guarantees the rights of the students with some of the difficulties mentioned above. La poca preparación docente a nivel de pregrado para atender a los estudiantes que presentan dificultades motrices, sensoriales y cognitivas en el aula regular y la ausencia de un equipo interdisciplinario como apoyo al docente en el aula es una realidad en las instituciones educativas en Colombia desde hace más de una década. Para poder brindar una atención oportuna a ésta población y sus familias, es necesario generar una política institucional que permita establecer principios que contribuyan a una flexibilización del currículo por parte de los docentes. En este artículo de investigación, se recopilaron las percepciones de los docentes pertenecientes al ied Tecnológico de Madrid para crear en conjunto un diseño evaluativo fundamentado en los principios de ley y con el acompañamiento familiar, que permita garantizar los derechos de los estudiantes que presentan alguna de las dificultades mencionadas anteriormente.
