Description:	The praxeological approach is a theoretical-practical process of a situated action research that sharing the change and generating the social innovations, achieving the articulation of the common experience, the action and the thought, the theory and the praxis, the knowledge to be, the knowledge to say and the knowledge to do by the actors of the process, the reflexive experience, the conscious of class and the collective creation. This complexity of the praxeological process helps us to analyze the matter of the change or the social innovation in this article through the following way: To begin with knowing and problematizing to act, so thus, to understand the acting as a generator of change and an useful and innovator knowledge; all of these with the adequate pragmatism that requires a praxeological process with the purpose that the ideas are used to construct the world in which we live. Then, to interact praxeologically means to identify the place of the ideas to the innovative action. El enfoque praxeológico se entiende como un proceso teórico-práctico de investigación-acción situada que, acompañando el cambio y generando innovaciones sociales, logra articular la experiencia cotidiana vivida, la acción y el pensamiento, la teoría y la praxis, el saber ser, saber vivir, saber decir y saber hacer colectivo de los actores del proceso, la experiencia reflexionada, la consciencia de clase y la creación colectiva. Esta complejidad del enfoque praxeológico nos impulsa a analizar, en este artículo, la cuestión del cambio o de la innovación social mediante el siguiente recorrido: partir del conocer y del problematizar para llegar al actuar; y ahí, entender el actuar como generador de cambios y de un saber útil e innovador; todo ello con la adecuada dosis de pragmatismo que requiere un proceso praxeológico, en el entendido de que las ideas sirven para construir el mundo en que vivimos. Se plantea entonces que interactuar o intervenir praxeológicamente consiste en identificar el lugar de las ideas para la acción innovadora.
