Title:	Aportes del feminismo negro y los feminismos críticos al estudio de los hombres y las masculinidades Contributions by black feminism and critical schools of feminism to the study of men and masculinities

Description:	La presente reflexión la realizo en el marco de la propuesta de investigación que adelanto para optar al título de Maestría en Estudios de Género de la Universidad Nacional de Colombia, sede Bogotá. La investigación tiene como propósito comprender, desde una perspectiva interseccional, –esto es, que entiende que el género, la raza, la clase y, en este caso, la edad, se configuran de manera interdependiente y son parte de un sistema de opresión creado históricamente–, la producción de las subjetividades de jóvenes de la comuna 13 de la ciudad de Medellín, pertenecientes a la cultura Hip Hop; específicamente en dos colectivos: la Red de hip hop La Elite y la Corporación Afrocolombiana Son Batá . También busca evidenciar las resistencias y los conocimientos que han construido desde su lugar de subalternidad y desde sus experiencias, y realizar un análisis crítico de las permanencias y las fugas existentes a un modelo de masculinidad hegemónico, evidenciadas en los discursos y las prácticas sobre masculinidad que tienen hombres y mujeres de este sector.  I am offering the present reflection in the framework of a research proposal I am pursuing in the framework of research I am doing to opt for the degree of Magister in Gender Studies at the National University of Colombia, Bogotá campus. The purpose of the study is to understand, from an inter-sectional perspective – in other words understanding that gender, race, class and in this case age, are configured interdependently and are part of a system of historically created oppression – the production of subjectivities of youths in Comuna 13 in the city of Medellín belonging to the Hip-Hop culture. Specifically these are two collectives: the La Elite Hip Hop Network and the Son Batá Afro-Colombian Corporation. The study also seeks to show the resistances and knowledge they have built from their position of sublternativity and their experiences, and make a critical analysis of the permanencies and leaks in a model of hegemonic masculinity, evidenced in the discourses and practices of masculinity by men and women in this sector.
